Explicit credit must be given especially if you wish to repost your commission on other platform.

Do not take credit of my art work or try to pass it off as your own.

After commission detail is discussed, and payment is made, I will start on the commission and share progress whenever possible. (Feel free to ask for progress or updates. I'll try to keep you updated if I run into anything that will slow down the commission.)

The completion time could take from within 1 week to 2 months or more depending on amount of work. Time frame may extend, especially if I have a busy schedule from university classes, personal life, mental and physical health. Please commission only if you know you are okay with possibility of waiting for longer periods of time.

Please respect my decision to put my mental/physical health and education before commission work.

If you feel I've taken too long to complete a commission, please feel free to DM me for a refund and we can discuss the details🙏.

I only accept USD ($) currency. An invoice will be sent through your email with Stripe after confirmation. (PayPal and Kofi can also be used if Stripe doesn't work for you, but Stripe is my main place for accepting payments.)

Extra fees are charged at artist's discretion.

Payment are upfront, but if there's any emergencies that makes you unable to pay right away or after, do let me know!

Partial payment or payment plans can be made for commissions over $100.

I do not accept cryptocurrency or any form of blockchain as payment.

During the drafting process, you are limited to 3 MAJOR REVISIONS (pose overhaul, entire composition, character change, etc). Once approved, only small changes can be made without charging fees from here onward as I move on to cleaning up/finalizing the commission.

Clients are more than welcome to request small edits/fixes or red line each WIP screenshot sent to you.

The extra fee for changes to completed artwork will depend on how much is being changed. I will not redo an art piece from scratch once it is completed.

Minor edits or fixes from my own errors for finished artwork are free. Pose change, adding/removing large props, or any heavier edits will have an extra fee or will be declined.

You may request edits freely while I'm streaming commission done on Twitch or Discord stream.

Extremely excessive or random requests could be charged to compensate for my time spent on making changes or adhering to these requests.

Make sure to have visual references or images ready before commissioning! Any links, Toyhouse, Google Drive or other viable source should work!

If there are multiple outfits or appearances for the character, please specify which version you would like.

Mood or aesthetic boards are more than welcome to help with nailing down the character's personality and aesthetics. I also encourage you to describe the character's personality so I can try to get a feel of the character.

I'll be asking for your email so I can send invoices and completed commissions to you when they are done.

I will most likely refuse commissions with characters from fandoms I'm unfamiliar with. (List of fandoms I know)

You can only request suggestive-themed commission if you are an adult (18+ only). If you lie about your age, you will be blacklisted.

If there are other commission types you are looking for that are not in my pricelist, you are free to ask me about it and we can discuss and work out the details and pricing. (Stream Overlays, Talk sprite, Emotes, Minecraft Skin, Pixel art, Animated Pixel art, etc.)

As my style is very flexible, if you want a specific style of mine (i.e., More or less Cartoony.) please specify. Otherwise, I will default to my more realistic style with some stylization

No refunds after commission is completed.

Partial refunds are made depending on progress of commission.

Full refunds can be made if I cannot complete or if I haven't started the commission/showed no progress. Please don't be afraid to ask for it!

Do not try to charge back after I completed your commission. You will be publicly blacklisted.

Kofi member in Empyrean tier will receive a 20% discount. (Kofi membership is currently being made)

If for whatever reason you want me to draw my own characters I'll uhhh take 30% off the price?? O-O You'd be indulging my blorbos/ocs and make a random artist very happy (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

An extra fee of +25% will be charged if you want me to complete a piece within your chosen deadline.

Fees may increase depending on the time frame given to complete the artwork.

If the deadline is impossible for me to complete, I may decline the commission.

Prices apply per character, but complexity fees are separated for multiple characters.

Characters with disability aids such as wheelchairs or prosthetics that are inseparable from them will not be charged a prop fee. Complexity fee will still apply if it is extremely detailed.

Commercial prices are x2 - x3 of the original price and will also depend on the range of what it is being used for. (Promotional material, merchandise, reproducing, streaming assets, and selling artwork.)

Do not avoid commercial fees by not stating your intention of using it commercially beforehand. You will be blacklisted.

Your commission may be used as art examples, in my portfolio, or streamed unless the client states that the commission is to remain private.

You are free to request to remain anonymous without being tagged on any socials. (Example: Commissioned by anonymous)

Your commission may be made into a timelapse for my supporters unless you want them to stay private.

Use commissioned art for personal use (icons, banners, discord emotes, etc). You must include explicit credit as VinnyBox

Print or make physical merch for personal use/gifts only. (No profit must be made)

Repost on other social platforms with explicit credit given.

Do not claim my work as your own.

Do not use commissioned art for commercial use without prior discussion.

Do not trace or copy my art in any shape or form or use other's commissioned work from me to profit off of.

Do not crop out my watermark or remove it unless you are resizing/cropping for personal use only.

I will never permit the use of my art for AI, blockchain, NFTs, or have them be used for anything hateful, harmful, political, or illegal.

For commercial use, your commission may cost x2-x3 its original price depending on what it's being used for. (Promotional material, stream assets, or merchandise.)

Commercial use includes Stream assets and reproduction for selling artwork as art prints or merchandise (Keychains, standee, stickers, etc)

DON'T take / claim credit for my designs.

DON'T make a carbon copy / steal designs you haven't obtained from me. (Being inspired is fine.)

OPTIONAL: Keep the character accessible to me via Toyhouse if possible! If you want to keep character private, please have me authorized so I can easily keep track of designs. It's not a requirement, but I like revisiting designs to see how they've been. <3

Feel free to use characters in comics, roleplay, as persona/fursona, etc, as long as you credit me for the original/initial design.

You may use my adopts commercially (Branding, Streaming, etc.) as long as you credit me for the initial design.

You can create NSFW content with my designs as long as you are an adult (18+).

You may turn designs into species ONLY for your personal world / personal species.

Making / Redesigning them as part of existing Open/Closed species is fine. Just credit me for the initial / original design.

DON'T use for NFT / cryptocurrency or AI art generation. This will immediately get you blacklisted.

DON'T use my art and design for some problematic themes.

ELABORATING PREVIOUS POINT: You can make fucked up fictional characters with toxic or problematic traits, but I don't feel comfortable if my characters are to be used to portray anything relating to grooming, pedophilia, necrophilia, incest, rape, or zoophilia. Generally, include dark/heavy themes at your discretion and handle them appropriately.

Any use relating to kinks and fetishes is none of my business.

Feel free to make any changes and alterations to the design to fit your style and needs. Go bonkers.

Make alternate designs / forms or redesign as different species or make gjinkas (Humanoid form) of the design.

Redesign them to be part of other Open / Closed species (If their rules allow it. I'm not in charge 🕺)

Sell or trade character at a price you got them for unless they have extra value added from commissions etc.

Feel free to gift or trade characters to others.

DON'T resell the design for a higher price/value than what you got them for if there's nothing to add to the character's value.

DON'T resell adopts you acquired through trades or gifts. (Unless there's extra value from commissions)

DON'T sell, trade, or gift designs to people who are blacklisted.
